I undertook a large renovation project on a period property and having made changes to the interior layout and design made a decision working with my lead contractor to re-model and replace the existing kitchen, as well as create a new dining and bar area, to maximise the potential from the new space. Kuchehaus were recommended to me by my lead contractor given their expertise and ability to customise the design and fittings to work with my space, which was of importance to me given it was an older property. The key things that stood out for me were both the pre and post-design and sale experience, the flexibility Kuchehaus can offer and the quality of the product and materials. The team are all exceptionally welcoming and friendly and listen to your ideas and vision of what you wish to achieve. There is no hard sale process and a willingness to understand and work with you within your budget, large or small. The design process is actually really enjoyable, utilising technology and human expertise from interior design/architectural specialists to ensure the scale and proportions are right. The team will also be honest with you on what will and won't work in your space, as well as being encouraging of any bolder choices you wish to make and how to land these in the right way i.e. pairing bolder colour choices with complementary wood and worktops. I found the communication to be clear and very responsive with a dedicated point of contact in Heather, who led on the design of my kitchen and bar. Again, for a large project in a period home this was important to me. My new kitchen and bar has been so thoughtfully designed and I absolutely love the unique end product and result, which Kuchehaus delivered on for me and working closely with the other trades involved. As Kuchehaus already have established relationships with local tradespeople this really helps make the process smooth and I wouldn't hesitate to work with the team again in my home or recommend to others. Such a fantastic experience working with Sophie and Greg at Kuchehaus,  from the beginning to the end of the project. Sophie’s design expertise, patience and advice has  resulted in a truly exceptional kitchen which has surpassed our expectations. I had initial ideas for design but they really helped bring it to life and I’m delighted with the results. Sophie made the process easy and straightforward right through to delivery. We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen and media wall, Heather is an amazing designer and we were grateful for her ideas and suggestions in creating the perfect plan for us.   We loved that the kitchen was made locally and that we could have bespoke cabinets to best make use of our space rather than being restricted to standard sizes. They couldn't have been any more patient or helpful. From the design process, focused on the best arrangement for us, through delivery to suit our building schedule, the service was excellent. Even when we had a change during the building work, Gregg came out and identified a solution which made the finished kitchen even better than we had envisaged.
